Cardinal Jazz Orchestra Concert Fall 2017

This was the first time I attended a Jazz concert, and even though I do not have a previous experience to compare this one to, I found myself to become very fond of the Jazz genre.

This Jazz concert was very unique in a unusual way. This is due to the concert having a special guest which was Tamir Hendelman. He and the Tamir Hendelman Trio that consisted of Jay Ecker on the Bass, Andrew Sneed on the Drums, and Hendelman himself on the piano. What made things even stranger is that the trio played jazz music without the accompaniment of a saxophone or trumpet. This led to the piano having to play the jazz-like rhythms, which was very interesting to hear.

In the end, it was a very fun Jazz concert to listen to and I would defintely attend another one.
